At Champion Valuation you can expect your appraisal report to be delivered within 5 business days from the date we inspect the property. If you are up against a deadline and need the report delivered before the 5 day turn time we can accommodate that request for a rush fee negotiated prior to the services.

Fee Schedule 

Baseline fees apply to standard single-family homes, suburban/urban locations, typical subdivision properties, and condominiums where comparable sales are plentiful. The baseline fee will scale upward based on the complexity of the assignment.

For pre listing appraisals our baseline fee starts at $350

For general home appraisals our baseline fee starts at $400

For dissolution of marriage, tax, date of death, estate, and bankruptcy our baseline fee starts at $500

Testimony baseline fees start at $150 per hour and includes pre trial conference call and appraiser testimony.
